Due to higher temperatures the product may experience melting during transit or while sitting in a mailbox. Please understand we take every precaution to get your product to you safely. Unfortunately we have no control over melting as it’s unavoidable at times.
If melting occurs you can put it in the refrigerator. The consistency will no longer be whipped but more like a body balm. However the product will not lose it’s moisturizing greatness.
Lastly, the product is packaged to the top when shipped. If melting occurs, It may appear to be less product in the jar as whipped butter is fluffy.
